Mission Rwanda is a Community-to-Community Partnership through World Vision connecting the churches, businesses, and schools of the Elk River Area of Minnesota, with an Area Development Project in Karaba, Rwanda, Africa.

Launched in January of 2004 in partnership with World Vision, Mission Rwanda is serving as a prototype for expanded mission partnerships that leverage the resources of an entire community in an accelerated manner to impact the HIV/AIDS crisis in Africa and other parts of the world.
